Hey Everyone! Ready for the MOST exciting thing to happen to you this summer?
Starting this month, I will be holding a weekly boot camp! Yes you read the right; you will be taking orders from me (what else is new) STARTING NOW.
Boot camp training IS the purest form of exercise. No machines or equipment involved; just you and the environment. We will be using the most basic form of exercise techniques that combine high intensity cardio with strength training intervals. I will push you to your fullest potential, correct your form and leave you with tools to make the most of your next workout. One hour (give or take depending on your fitness level) will be the best hour you spend this week, and maybe you will have some fun along the way.
Wondering what to bring? Sneakers (cross-training/running), light weight/comfortable clothing and water. You can leave your phone at my apartment, or leave it with me to hold.
I will be holding the session on July 25th at 7 P.M. Date is subject to change depending on weather. You can either RSVP now or the week of the session. We will meet at my place (471 Lenox Ave) and make our way over to Saint Nicholas Park a few blocks over. Just take the 2 or 3 train to 135th street.
In order to maximize the workout you deserve, I suggest starting a cardio regime as soon as possible. I advise to leave your stomach empty 1 hour prior the session.
